The objectives of this policy will be fulfilled in conjunction with a strategic business planning process. Measurable objectives and targets will be established at all levels of management in accordance Moore Business Systems Australia business plan and management systems.
The Management System will be reviewed in consultation with all relevant parties on an annual basis to ensure its suitability to the changing nature of Moore Business Systems Australia's business, customer expectations and legislative requirements. This policy will be reviewed annually and displayed to all employees and other interested parties and a copy provided to all new employees upon commencement.
Fundamental to all work performed by Moore Business Systems Australia is the assurance of product quality prior to delivery. In this sense, all products and services must therefore be suitable for their intended purpose and conform, with agreed specifications, standards or contracts and will be produced following all relevant safe work practices, with minimal impact on the environment.
